The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the guard force personnel at their designated location.
This position is contingent upon contract award
Responsibilities
- Supervise Shift Supervisors and hourly staff, ensuring compliance with access control, visitor support, alarm response, and dispatch operations.
- Collaborate with Shift Supervisor and Project Manager to meet contract objectives.
- Ensure personnel comply with training requirements.
- Conduct security inspections and practical drills/exercises as needed.
- Manage and coordinate contract-specific requirements; serve as POC for the government.
- Oversee all guard service activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Holds a DoD Secret security clearance.
- Possesses five years of management experience, ideally within a civilian police force, military police force, or civilian security guard organization.
- Proven experience in supervising guard force personnel.
